    Staff fairly young, very helpful but try to upsell. As at any Source stores, price points are higher.

    Best customer service ever. Not pushy at all. Salesman Kristian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

    Kind of outdated and surprised they're not out of business yet. Never had a need to go in.

    Sales person tried to sell me an old version of Roku. Roku was not in stock and had to wait 10 days even though I was told it would arrive in 3 business days. Called them about it and left a message and the salesperson did not have the courtesy and good business sense to inform me of the delay. No apology when I came into the store.

    I will never buy from this store again and perhaps from the Source if they are going to hire this kind of employee or fail to train this type of employee.
