  Terrible customer service. Ordered a secret menu item the Apple pie McFlurry (I was completely willing to pay for both a McFlurry and an apple pie) which I had ordered multiple times at this same location. I was told by the on duty manager that they would not make this item for me and proceeded to tell me that I had never ordered it from that location. My order would have been $40. I advised the manager that if he would not make this to cancel the entire order. Without even apologizing he handed over my refund.

  Great service and bilingual. But without driver side garbage cans in drive thru, it's maddening trying to get coffee with full cup holders. It's an obvious customer service point.

  Enough staff on duty. Service quicker than usual. As usual, very friendly staff!

  Very busy and compact store, yet staff are patient and efficient. After a short wait, my order was served and it was complete and accurate.

  The lineup at drive through is slow going throughout the day. Wifi at this location does not always work. As for the coffee, the cup is never full and they don't give it to you as ordered.

  The other problem is the double drive through. The screens that are in place to confirm your order only work if staff use the right headset and the right computer. Nothing worse than being 10 minutes away and discovering they put cream in your coffee instead of milk...
